1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or creating an account with Luxira Business Bookkeeping Platform ("Luxira," "the Service," "the Platform"), you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Luxira Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of our business bookkeeping platform and all associated services.

2. Definitions

• "Financial Data" - Any financial information, transaction records, account details, receipts, invoices, tax documents, or related financial documentation processed through the Platform.
• "AI Services" - Machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence models, automated categorization, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendations provided by the Platform.
• "Third-Party Integrations" - External financial institutions, banking services (including Plaid), payment processors, tax software, or other third-party services integrated with the Platform.

Luxira is a business bookkeeping platform that provides AI-powered bookkeeping automation services, including but not limited to:

• 📊 Financial Analytics: Real-time insights and business intelligence dashboards
• 🛡️ Security Controls: Enterprise-level security monitoring and controls

• 📈 Business Analytics: AI-driven business insights and reporting

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use Luxira, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscription & Billing

• Service Tiers: Free, professional, and enterprise plans available
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payment Terms: Fees due immediately upon subscription activation
• Price Changes: 30 days advance notice for pricing modifications

• Uptime Target: 99.9% uptime for paid plans
• Maintenance: 48 hours advance notice for scheduled maintenance
• Support: Enterprise customers receive priority support

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxira, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• User's reliance on AI-generated content
• Third-party claims related to integrated services
• User's failure to comply with tax or regulatory obligations

• Users must independently verify tax calculations and financial reporting

17. Termination & Suspension

• User Termination: Cancel subscription and cease use at any time
• Luxira Termination: Immediate termination for breach or illegal use
• Effect: Service access ceases, data export available for 30 days

18. Data Export & Deletion Rights

• 🗑️ Data Deletion: Request complete account and data deletion
• 📋 Data Copy: Receive comprehensive copy of all processed data
• ⏱️ Retention: 30-day post-termination retention period

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Legal actions (except arbitration) must be brought in Illinois federal or state courts.
